A:Yes, as long as the "add to cart" buttons appear, that means is currently in stock. When the "add to cart" buttons disappear that means the items are currently sold out.
Q: Something wrong with paypal transaction, why it shows me error message when I attend to check out?
A: You need to make sure that your billing address is same as the one you registered on our website, also you need to use "EXACTLY" the same email address on both sites so paypal can verify the deal with our server.
Q: Where are you guys from? and where my items will be shipped? Do you ship worldwide?
A: Both of our company & warehouse are located in Taiwan, Far East Asia (GMT+8), yes we do world-wide shipping.
Q: Can you declare lower value when ship my items in order to prevent custom clearance?
A: Yes, we can. Please keep in mind that the insurance coverage is as much as we declare the value.
Q: Are the wireless video transmitters you sell are channel locked?
A: No, we don't sell that kind of capped products. Unless you demand us to handicap the product you bought.
Q: Can I ask you guys to make it valueless for avoid custom clearance?
A: Yes, just tell us how you want that to be, we can tear off labels and unbox it before shipping.
Q: How long will you guys ship out my orders?
A: If you purchase FPV products during our working hour 09:00~17:00 GMT+8 Taipei Time. We will test your items and ship out in hours, also will provide you the tracking codes for tracking your packages. Other products such as DVR, NAS, NVR machines takes much more burning test hours upto 2~3 days before shipping out.
Q: There is no Paypal support in my region what do I do to place an order at the shop?
A: You can either pay through bank transfer or simply set up an account and use the gift certificate. By using the gift certificate you can either buy it though bank transfer or ask someone to help you on buying the certificate, then you redeem the code to get your store credits for shopping.
Q:The transmitter is getting really really hot when it's powered on, is this normal?
A:Yes, it is normal. Please always keep it good air flow for natural cooling when you test the equipments indoor. It is recommend that you get a fan to help it cool down. However, once you install it onto your airplane, as soon as your plane is flying and keeps a good air flow of that transmitter, it's all fine.
